DVR setup on Mac
Hey guys, I thought I'd ask around and see if anyone has built a functional DVR system on a Mac? I built a DVR to record 8 video streams from a dual core PC we had lying around and that works great. I also have a standalone unit that set us back $3k but I find it pretty tedious to use.
So...if you could set up a G4/5 as a DVR system to record 4-8 cams...how would you do it and why? I'm keen to see what people come up with.
